While Punch Through had an existing brand in place, they were looking to expand the application of it into packaging, office signage, a new website, a mobile app, and marketing materials. The first step was to build a set of visual elements that were as polished and consistent as the products they were creating for their clients.

After years of familiarity with the brand, its personality, and the culture they’ve cultivated, we were tasked with a series of targeted, position specific digital hiring ads to attract their ideal candidates. With the goal of being different from standard hiring ads, we took the playful route and leaned into showing the personality of the team Punch Through had built.
